The role of constructive criticism in the workplace to
provide feedback in regards to a certain task or behavior. It allows
supervisors and colleagues to help an individual build and grow with a skill
that needs to be honed. If constructive criticism is not provided an individual
will continue to perform a task or act in a way that is not to their full
potential, limiting their professional growth and devaluing their contribution
to the company and those they work with.
